- RSPH (Royal Society for the Promotion of Health) Level 2 Certificate in Pest Control. This qualification is endorsed by the British Pest Control Association.
- Certificate in 'Traditional Mole Control'. This training was provided by Jeff Nicholls, the leading authority in Great Britain on traditional mole catching.
- I am an accredited member of the Guild of British Mole Catchers and abide by their 'code of practice'.
- I am fully insured with full public liability insurance up to £5 million pounds.
My studies in Forestry, Woodland and Countryside Management have given me a sound knowledge of, appreciation of and respect for countryside issues. I have a genuine love for working outdoors, having worked for many years as a professional arborist (tree surgeon).
I have previously operated in a variety of work situations, having been both employed and self-employed. Running my own business has instilled in me the importance of customer care and customer satisfaction. Indeed, a great deal of my work comes from 'word-of-mouth' recommendations. I am friendly, prompt, reliable and I strive to be flexible and responsive to the needs of my customers.
I am based in Swansea so I am conveniently located to provide a mole control service to Carmarthenshire and South Wales.
